Decking & Bridges

Decking can be used to improve recreational facilities such as fishing, seating and picnic areas. All timbers, especially the non-slip decking, should be pressure treated to extend their life beyond thirty years.
Consideration needs to be given to the safety aspect and care must be taken when siting bridges that they do not dwarf the feature. Some times stepping stones are a better alternative.
